2:00 pm – Amanda performs a solo version of this show (with Daniel on piano), at Congregation BethIsrael in Asheville. This version, called “The American Songbook (and the Jews who wrote all the music)”, will highlight the Jewish background of these composers and the influence that had on their music. Dan will also perform some solo piano music by Gershwin and Duke. $20 for adults, $15 for Congregation members, free for children. Reserve online at www.AmiciMusic.org for $18 adults/$13 members.
